摘要
针对人们赡养老人的压力越来越大,同时各地人工成本不断增加,居家养老成本居高不下等问题,配套完善、服务到位的新型养老机构应运而生。论文以济南历下医养结合中心建筑设计项目为例,对其建筑外部空间布局和建筑内部功能等创新设计进行研究,进而探索符合“医养结合”模式的养老建筑设计之路。
In response to the increasing pressure of people to support the elderly,the increasing labor costs around the country,the high cost of home care and other problems,a new type of elderly care institutions with perfect supporting facilities and adequate services came into being.This paper takes the architectural design project of the medical and nursing center in Ji'nan as an example,studies the innovative design of the external space layout ofthe building and the internal function ofthe building,so as to explore the way ofelderly care building design in line with the mode of"combination ofmedical care and nursing care".
