摘要
随着社会经济的飞速发展,人们的生活水平也不断提升,加之我国步入了老龄社会,如何高效解决养老问题成为大家所关注的重要的民生事宜。老年人的特殊身体原因,对老年人的住所提出了更高的要求。可以说,基于老年人特殊身心实际情况和内心诉求,老年人居所应该充分体现“医养结合型”,让养老建筑更为完善合理,切实符合老年人生活的住所。本论文就当前我国普遍存在的养老建筑设计问题进行分析,在此基础上,探索医养结合型养老设施建筑设计策略,为我国养老建筑设计提供理论参考和借鉴。
With the rapid development of social economy,people’s living standards are also constantly improving.In addition,China has entered the aging society.How to effectively solve the pension problem has become an important livelihood issue.Due to the special physical reasons of the elderly,it puts forward higher requirements for the residence of the elderly.It can be said that based on the special physical and mental conditions and inner demands of the elderly,the residence for the elderly should fully reflect the“combination of medical care and nursing”,so as to make the pension building more perfect and reasonable,and conform to the residence of the elderly.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the design of pension buildings in China,this paper explores the architectural design strategies of medical and nursing integrated pension facilities,providing theoretical reference for the design of pension buildings in China.
