摘要
糖尿病肾病(DN)不仅是最严重的糖尿病并发症之一,也是造成肾衰竭的重要原因,目前对DN的治疗主要是控制患者血糖水平,延缓DN的进一步发展,尚无有效方法逆转肾脏病理改变。多数细胞通过内吞方式分泌的胞外囊泡-外泌体,包含来源细胞所独有的蛋白质、微小RNA等多种信号小分子,不仅能在细胞之间传递信息,还可作为药物载体将药物输送至靶细胞,同时,在疾病的早期诊断中也发挥了重要作用,对多种疾病的早期诊断、治疗及预后具有重要意义。本文就不同来源的外泌体对DN的作用做一简要综述。
Diabetes nephropathy(DN)is not only one of the most serious complications of complications of diabetes,but also an important cause of renal failure.At present,the treatment of DN is only to control the blood sugar level of patients,delay the further development of DN,and there is no effective method to reverse renal pathological changes.The extracellular vesicles exosomes secreted by most cells through endocytosis contain various signaling small molecules such as proteins and microRNAs unique to the source cells.They not only transmit information between cells,but also serve as drug carriers to deliver drugs to target cells.At the same time,they also play an important role in the early diagnosis of diseases,and are of great significance for the early diagnosis,treatment,and prognosis of various diseases.This article provides a brief review on the effects of extracellular vesicles from different sources on DN.
