摘要
企业科研人员掌握众多高价值数据,激励企业科研人员开放科研数据,利于释放企业科研数据潜力。本文基于技术接受模型和信息系统持续使用模型构建企业科研人员开放科研数据意愿模型,使用PLS结构方程模型对问卷数据和研究模型进行实证分析,采用社会网络分析法挖掘企业科研人员开放意愿的细节诱因。通过模型检验发现,感知科研数据质量、感知科研数据价值和开放科研数据接受度对开放科研数据意愿具有显著正向影响,企业科研人员学术年龄在开放科研数据接受度和开放科研数据意愿中呈现正向调节作用。通过诱因挖掘发现,数据制度、数据隐私、数据版权、机构要求等对企业科研人员开放意愿具有重要作用。通过对企业科研人员开放科研数据意愿的影响机制分析,拓宽了企业数据的开发路径研究,也为促进产学研深度合作和融合创新提供了相关管理建议。
Data elements are gradually becoming key production factors and important strategic resources for socio-economic development,and research data have likewise become an important production material for triggering research and active scientific activities.Enterprises are often positioned as users in the open research data,believing that research data are beneficial for strengthening enterprise product development and consulting services.In the reality that open research data in academia is growing and long way to go in enterprises,it is a new way to focus on the research data and open behavior of enterprise researchers.Enterprise researchers have a large number of high-value research data and transformation data of research achievements,understanding the factors influencing the willingness of enterprise researchers to open their research data and encouraging them to open their research data,will help to release the potential of research data,to improve the efficiency of research data allocation and reuse,to help enterprises gradually build an open and shared research data system,to realize the value reengineering from data elements to research productivity,and to promote the deep cycle and integration and innovation of industry-university-research.Meanwhile,it is complicated for enterprise researchers to open research data.To explore the influence mechanism of their willingness to open research data,it is necessary to analyze the influence paths of the antecedent variables on the willingness to open research data,as well as to analyze the specific causal factors affecting the willingness to open research data,so as to supplement the influence scenarios from the detailed elements,and realize the multi-level investigation of the influence factors on the willingness to open research data.Therefore,based on the technology acceptance model and expectation confirmation model,this paper constructs a model of enterprise researchers'willingness to open research data.The PLS structural equation model is used to conduct empir
