科学精英科研生产力和影响力的社会年龄分析——以中国科学院院士为例 被引量:21

Analysis on the Age Distribution of Scientific Elites' Scientific Productivity and Influence:a Case Study of Academicians of Chinese Academy of Science

摘要 以中国科学院院士为例,采用论文数和年均引文数为指标,对中国科学精英的论文产出力和影响力的年龄分布进行研究,同时本文还对院士当选前后论文产出力和影响力进行了Wilcoxon符号秩检验的显著性差异的比较。研究结果发现:a.56-70岁是院士论文产出力和影响力的高峰期;b.科学精英不同署名顺序论文的产出力年龄分布存在差异,独著论文和第一作者署名论文的发文高峰期早于中间作者和最后署名作者的发文高峰期;c.当选院士之前,院士独著论文数量显著高于当选院士以后。当选院士以后,院士发表中间作者和最后作者署名论文的数量高于当选院士之前论文数量,论文的影响力整体高于院士当选前的论文影响力。 Taking academicians of Chinese academy of science as an example, a case study is carded out using the number of papers and average annual citations as indicators. This paper studies the age distribution of scientific elites' scientific productivity and influence. Also the differences test of academicians ' productivity and influence before and after tenure is made in this study. The results reveal that: a. the age range from 56 to 70 years old witnesses the productivity and influence peak of academicians; b. the age distribution of productivity of papers with different name orders shows different characteristics, the publication peak of papers with alone name paper and first-author pa- per is earlier than that of middle-order and last-order author papers; c. the number of one author paper is higher than that of papers after tenure. After tenure, the number of middle-order and last-order author papers is greater than that of papers before tenure. Furthermore, the overall influence of papers after tenure is higher than that of papers before tenure.
