摘要
目的 探讨火龙罐联合中药封包治疗气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法 选取气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者120例,按随机数字表法分为联合组、火龙罐组和中药封包组,各40例。联合组予以火龙罐联合中药封包治疗,火龙罐组予以火龙罐治疗,中药封包组予以中药封包治疗,干预2周后评估临床疗效,分别于干预前1 d及干预2周后分别对患者腰椎功能及疼痛程度进行评价。结果 干预2周后,联合组患者总有效率为97.50%高于火龙罐组总有效率为92.50%高于中药封包组总有效率为85.00%,三组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组患者治疗前VAS评分、JOA评分和ODI评分,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性;干预2周后,三组VAS评分和ODI评分较治疗前有所下降,JOA评分与治疗前相比有所上升,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预2周后,三组之间两两比较,火龙罐联合中药封包组VAS评分、JOA评分和ODI评分均优于火龙罐组和中药封包组,而火龙罐组的疗效又强于中药封包组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 中药封包联合火龙罐治疗气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症可有效缓解患者疼痛,改善其腰椎功能,且临床疗效优于单纯的火龙罐或中药封包治疗,值得在临床推广。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of fire dragon cupping combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of lumbar discherniation of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Methods 120 patients with lumbar discherniation of qi stagnation and blood stasis type were randomly divided into combined group,fire dragon cupping group and traditional Chinese medicine package group,with 40 cases in each group.The combined group was treated with fire dragon cupping combined with traditional Chinese medicine packaging,the fire dragon cupping group was treated with fire dragon cupping,and the traditional Chinese medicine packaging group was received packet therapy.The clinical efficacy of the patients was evaluated after 2 weeks of intervention,and the lumbar function and pain degree of the patients were evaluated 1 day before the intervention and 2 weeks after the intervention.Results After 2 weeks of intervention,The total effective rate of the combined group was 97.50%,which was higher than that of the dragon cupping group,92.50%,which was higher than that of the traditional Chinese medicine packa-ging group,85.00%.There was significant difference among the three groups(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in VAS score,JOA score and ODI score among the three groups before treatment(P>0.05);After 2 weeks of intervention,the VAS score and ODI score of the three groups decreased compared with that before treatment,and the JOA score increased com-pared with that before treatment(P<0.05);After 2 weeks of intervention,the VAS score,JOA score and ODI score of the fire dragon cupping combined with traditional Chinese medicine packaging group were better than those of the fire dragon cupping group and the traditional Chinese medicine packaging group,and the curative effect of the fire dragon cupping group was stronger than that of the traditional Chinese Medicine packaging group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type of lumbar inte
