摘要
探讨多学科协作在冠状动脉旁路移植术(CABG)后合并糖尿病酮症酸中毒(DKA)患者快速康复外科(FTS)管理中的应用。选择2021年1月—2022年2月泰达国际心血管病医院冠心病合并2型糖尿病行CABG的98例患者作为研究对象。采用回顾分析法,将2021年1月—2021年6月的患者记为对照组(n=50),2021年7月—2022年2月的患者记为观察组(n=48)。对照组予以常规护理管理,观察组在其基础上实行多学科协作下FTS管理。对比两组患者管理效果。结果显示,观察组DKA患者占比低于对照组(P<0.05),血糖达标率高于对照组(P<0.05),临床指标优于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05),心理弹性评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,多学科协作下FTS管理能够降低DKA的发生率,可控制患者血糖水平,改善其临床指标,提高其生活质量,值得推广应用。
To explore the application of multidisciplinary cooperation in the management of fast rehabilitation surgery(FTS)for patients with diabetes ketoacidosis(DKA)after coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG).From January 2021 to February 2022,98 patients with coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes undergoing CABG in Taida International Cardiovascular Hospital were selected as the study subjects.Using retrospective analysis,patients from January 2021 to June 2021 were recorded as the control group(n=50),and patients from July 2021 to February 2022 were recorded as the observation group(n=48).The control group received routine nursing management,while the observation group implemented multidisciplinary collaborative FTS management based on it.Compare the management effectiveness of two groups of patients.The results showed that the proportion of DKA patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the blood glucose compliance rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Clinical indicators were better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the quality of life score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The psychological resilience score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that FTS management under multidisciplinary collaboration can reduce the incidence of DKA,control patient blood sugar levels,improve clinical indicators,and improve their quality of life,which is worthy of promotion and application.
