不同营养剂类型对重型颅脑损伤患者炎症指标的影响研究

摘要 分析不同营养剂类型对重型颅脑损伤患者炎症指标的影响。选取任丘市人民医院90例重型颅脑损伤患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为3组,分别为甲组、乙组、丙组,每组各30例。甲组实施百普力治疗,乙组实施瑞能治疗,丙组实施瑞能联合益生菌治疗,对比3组患者治疗效果。结果显示,丙组患者炎症指标低于甲、乙两组(P<0.05),丙组患者营养指标优于甲、乙两组(P<0.05),甲组患者血糖指标高于乙、丙两组(P<0.05),甲组患者的胃肠道不良反应发生率低于乙、丙两组(P<0.05)。研究发现,不同营养剂均能够在重型颅脑损伤患者早期肠内营养(enteral nutrition,EN)支持治疗中促进机体营养状态改善,其中,百普力有更高的胃肠道耐受性,但患者血糖水平波动较明显。瑞能联合益生菌能够更好地控制患者炎症反应、稳定患者血糖水平并提高患者胃肠道耐受性。 To analyze the effects of different nutrient types on inflammatory markers in patients with severe head injury(sTBI).Ninety patients with sTBI in Renqiu People’s Hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into 3 groups,namely group A,group B and group C,with 30 cases in each group.Group A was treated with Baipril,Group B was treated with Ruineng,and Group C was treated with Ruineng combined with probiotics,comparing the treatment effects of the three groups.The results showed that the inflammatory indexes of patients in group C were lower than those in groups A and B(P<0.05),the nutritional indexes of patients in group C were better than those in groups A and B(P<0.05),the blood glucose indexes in group A were higher than those in groups B and C(P<0.05),and the incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions in group A was lower than that in groups B and C(P<0.05).Studies have found that different nutritional agents can promote the improvement of nutritional status in early enteral nutrition(EN)supportive therapy in patients with sTBI,among which Baipri has higher gastrointestinal tolerance,but the patient’s blood glucose level fluctuates significantly.Reneng combined with probiotics can better control the inflammatory response,stabilize the patient’s blood glucose level and improve the patient’s gastrointestinal tolerance.
