摘要
我国一些乡村地区有着丰富的水利资源,为当地农业发展奠定了良好的基础。通过水利风景区的建设,可以有效整合当地资源,实现农文旅融合。以湖北省老河口市丹渠田园概念规划为例,简述了规划区资源现状条件,确定了以农业为基础、以文化为灵魂、以旅游为载体的农文旅融合发展导向;以优势的地理区位为依托,结合田、塘、林、渠等自然基底,形成了“一心、一带、一路、两翼”的空间布局形态;根据丹渠田园现有的水利文化资源体系,以丹渠文化为叙事主线构建了丹水家园、丹俗游园、丹心学园、丹渠农园、丹色景园五大功能分区并设置主题游线;采用了农业产业和文化产业促进旅游产业发展的产业融合机制,以期为今后乡村地区水利风景区的产业资源整合与规划提供参考。
Some rural areas of our country have rich water resources,which has laid a good foundation for local agricultural development.Through the construction of water conservancy scenic spot,local resources can be effectively integrated to achieve the integration of agriculture,culture and tourism.Taking the concept planning of Dan Canal Farm in Laohekou City,Hubei Province as an example,this paper briefly describes the current situation of resources in the planning area,and determines the development orientation of agricultural and tourism integration based on agriculture,with culture as the soul and tourism as the carrier.Based on advantageous geographical location,combined with natural bases such as fields,ponds,forests and canals,the spatial layout pattern of"one heart,one belt,one road and two wings"is formed.According to the cultural resources system of water conservancy in Dan Canal Farm,with Danqu culture as the theme,the five functional zones of Danshui Home,Danwu Garden,Danxin Academy,Danqu Agricultural Garden and Danse Landscape Garden and the theme tour lines are organized.An industrial integration mechanism that promotes the development of the tourism industry through the agricultural and cultural industries is adopted in order to provide a reference for the integration and planning of industrial resources in rural water conservancy scenic spots in the future.
