摘要
目的:研究纳布啡与舒芬太尼在患者麻醉诱导中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年3月—2023年3月于福泉市第一人民医院行短小择期手术治疗的患者70例作为研究对象,根据麻醉方案的不同分为舒芬太尼组与纳布啡组,各35例。比较两组麻醉相关指标、疼痛情况、术后并发症发生率。结果:两组手术时间、输液量、拔管时间、麻醉恢复室停留时间、术中瑞芬太尼用量、麻醉时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组疼痛情况比较,拔管后30 min及术后2、8、24 h,纳布啡组视觉模拟评分法评分低于舒芬太尼组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);两组术后并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:与舒芬太尼相比,纳布啡在患者麻醉诱导中的应用效果更佳,能够确保麻醉恢复效果,缩短麻醉时间,有效降低阿片类药物使用剂量,缓解术后疼痛,且安全性较高。
Objective:To study the application effect of nalbuphine and sufentanil in anesthesia induction in patients.Methods:Seventy patients who underwent short elective surgery treatment in Fuquan First People's Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the sufentanil group and the nalbuphine group according to the difference of anesthesia regimen,with thirty-five cases in each group.The anesthesia-related indexes,pain conditions,and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:Comparison of operation time,infusion volume,extubation time,stay time in the anesthesia recovery room,intraoperative remifentanil dosage,and anesthesia time between the two groups showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);Comparing the pain conditions of the two groups,30 min after extubation and 2,8 and 24 h postoperatively,the visual analog scale method score of the nalbuphine group was lower than that of the sufentanil group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);Comparison of postoperative complication rates between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with sufentanil,the application of nalbuphine in patients'anesthesia induction is more effective,which can ensure the recovery effect of anesthesia,shorten the anesthesia time,effectively reduce the dosage of opioid use,alleviate the postoperative pain,and has higher safety.
