摘要
专业教育、创新创业教育、劳动教育融合的教育理念和发展方向是高等教育贯彻落实党的教育方针的具体体现。在探索如何将创新创业思维和劳动意识融入专业教学设计的过程中,基于“三课一体”设计框架,围绕“学”“导”“行”“思”四个环节,构建了从顶层设计、能力矩阵、教学方式方法、师资队伍多维度实现专业课程教学、创新创业实训和劳动拓展实践有机融合的教学模式,并实践于《市场调查与分析》专业课程教学之中,为高校培养创新型高素质专业人才提供有益借鉴。
The educational philosophy and development direction of integrating professional education,innovation and entrepreneurship education,and labor education are the embodiment of the Party’s educational policy in higher education.In the process of exploring how to integrate innovative and entrepreneurial thinking and labor consciousness into professional teaching design,this paper is based on the"three courses in one"design framework,focusing on the four links of"learning","guidance","action",and"thinking".It constructs a teaching model that organically integrates professional course teaching,innovative and entrepreneurial training,and labor practice from multiple dimensions such as top-level design,ability matrix,teaching methods,and teaching staff.The teaching model can be applied in the professional course Market Research and Analysis,providing beneficial references for universities to cultivate innovative and high-quality professional talents.
