摘要
基于我国十年的省级面板数据,采用DEA方法对我国区域竞技体育绩效及其影响因素进行分析。结果表明:我国区域竞技体育效率的技术效率均值为0.776,纯技术效率均值为0.817,规模效率均值为0.949,相对效率均值为0.824。从总的发展态势看,四种效率均呈上升态势。有效单位数均呈上升态势,标准差均呈波浪下降态势;体育彩票销售额和技术等级运动员发展人数对区域竞技体育效率存在正面影响,竞技体育从业人数、竞技体育经费支出和竞技体育从业人数占第三产业人数比例对区域竞技体育效率存在不明显和负面影响,体育场馆机构数对区域竞技体育效率存在影响均不显著。建议:各地政府可根据本地区实际情况选择加大投入加强管理、保持投入加强管理或减少投入增加管理。
Based on the provincial panel data of ten years in China,theDEA method was used to analyze the performance of regional competitive sports and its influencing factors.The results showed that the average technical efficiency of regional competitive sports efficiency in China was 0.776,the average pure technical efficiency was 0.817,the average scale efficiency was 0.949,and the average relative efficiencywas 0.824.From the overall development trend,the four efficiencies were all on the rise.The number of effective units showed an upward trend,and the standard deviation showed a downward trend.The sales of sports lottery and the number of athletes of technical level had a positive impact on the efficiency of regional competitive sports.The number of competitive sports employees,the expenditure of competitive sports funds and the proportion of the number of competitive sports employees in the tertiary industry had no obvious and negative impact on the efficiency of regional competitive sports,the number of sports venues had no significant influence on the efficiency of regional competitive sports.Proposal:Local governments can choose to increase investment and strengthen management,maintain investment and strengthen management,reduce or reduce investment and increase management according to the actual situation of their respective regions.
