摘要
储能系统在提高主动配电网的低碳经济性和稳定性中起着重要作用。针对低碳背景下的储能优化配置,提出一种考虑碳交易的主动配电网储能系统选址定容方法。首先建立一个以最小化配电网有功损耗、电压偏差、综合成本为目标的优化配置模型,并在计算综合成本时纳入阶梯式碳交易,分析碳交易对主动配电网经济性的影响;其次采用混沌初始化、正余弦算法和Levy飞行策略增强麻雀算法多样性和全局搜索能力,引入Pareto解集,设计多目标改进麻雀搜索算法;最后通过熵权法-TOPSIS法确定最优的主动配电网储能系统配置方案。算例结果表明改进后的麻雀算法显著提高了求解精度和效率,同时考虑碳交易的储能系统优化配置方案能有效促进新能源消纳,显著降低主动配电网的有功网损和电压波动。
The energy storage system plays an important role in improving the low-carbon economy and stability of active distribution network.A method for placement and sizing of active distribution network energy storage systems considering carbon trading is proposed.An optimal configuration model with the goal of minimizing active power loss,voltage deviation,and comprehensive cost in the distribution network is established,and a stepped carbon trading is incorporated into the calculation of comprehensive cost to analyze the impact of carbon trading on the economy of active distribution networks.The chaotic initialization,sine-cosine algorithm and Levy flight strategy are used to enhance the sparrow algorithm to enhance diversity and global search ability,and the Pareto solution set is introduced to design a multi-objective improved sparrow search algorithm.The configuration scheme of active distribution network energy storage system is determined by means of EWM-TOPSIS method.The example results show that the improved algorithm can significantly improve the solution accuracy and efficiency,and meanwhile the optimized configuration scheme of energy storage system considering carbon trading can effectively promote the consumption of new energy and significantly,and reduce the active power loss and voltage fluctuation of the active distribution network.
