人工湿地常见水生动植物体氟化物含量及氟化物净化效果研究

摘要 以江苏省连云港市蔷薇湖湿地为研究区,在1.0 mg/L左右的水体氟化物浓度背景下,对湿地内常见的水生植物和水生动物体内氟化物含量及湿地进出水氟化物浓度进行检测。结果表明,常见水生植物氟化物含量在121.92~2 684.18 mg/kg,沉水植物刺苦草表现出较高的氟化物富集能力,其体内富集的氟化物含量达到2 479.60 mg/kg,不同物种水生植物氟化物含量由高到低依次为刺苦草>穗状狐尾藻>竹叶眼子菜>狭叶香蒲>金鱼藻>菱>芦苇>大茨藻>水鳖>轮叶黑藻>篦齿眼子菜。甲壳类日本沼虾体内氟化物平均含量达到2 757.62 mg/kg,呈现出较高的氟化物富集特性;大型底栖动物中国圆田螺体内氟化物含量相对较低。不同进水氟化物浓度条件下,各功能区的进出水氟化物浓度无明显差异,表流湿地对水体氟化物无明显的净化去除效果。 Using the wetland of Qiangwei Lake in Lianyungang City,Jiangsu Province as the study area,the fluoride content of common aquatic plants and aquatic animals was examined against the background of water fluoride concentration of about 1.0 mg/L.The results showed that the fluoride content of common aquatic plants ranged from 121.92 to 2684.18 mg/kg,and the submerged plant bitter grass showed a high fluoride enrichment ability,and the fluoride content reached 2479.60 mg/kg in its body.The order of fluoride content in aquatic plants from high to low was Vallisneria spinulosa>Myriophyllum verticillatum>Potamogeton malaianus>Typha angustifolia>Ceratophyllum demersum>Trapa bispinosa>Phragmites communis>Najas marina=Hydrocharis dubia>Hydrilla verticillata>Potamogeton pectinatus.For aquatic animals,macrobenthos named Macrobrachium nipponense exhibited high fluoride bioaccumulation ability,with an average fluoride content of 2757.62 mg/kg,while the fluoride content in Cipangopaludina chinensis was relatively low.Under the conditions of different influent fluoride concentrations,there was no significant difference in the fluoride concentration of the inlet and outlet water bodies after flowing through each functional area of the wetland,which meaned that the surface wetland had no obvious purification and removal effect on fluoride in the water body.
