摘要
针对直流微网高电压增益的并网需求,介绍了一种非隔离型高压增益DC-DC变换器。详细阐述了Boost变换器、SEPIC变换器和所提变换器的特性,并将其各自性能进行了比较分析。所提变换器实现了10倍增益的电压输出;同时具有较低的开关应力,最大效率为94.3%。最后,搭建80 W的实验样机,实验结果证明所提变换器拓扑结构的正确性和可行性。
In order to meet the grid connection requirement of high voltage gain of DC microgrid,a non isolated high voltage gain DC-DC converter is introduced.The characteristics of Boost converter,SEPIC converter and the proposed converter are described in detail,and their performances are compared and analyzed.The proposed converter achieves voltage output with 10 times gain.At the same time,it has low switching stress,and the maximum efficiency is 94.3%.Finally,a 80 W experimental prototype is built,and the experimental results prove the correctness and feasibility of the proposed converter topology.
