摘要
为进一步提高非隔离DC-DC变换器的增益,降低开关管的电压应力,提出一种结合双耦合电感和二次型的非隔离高增益DC-DC变换器。所提变换器采用单开关管控制,降低了控制的复杂度;采用双耦合电感,有效地减少了二极管和电容的数量,并进一步提高了所提变换器的电压增益;复用输出电容吸收漏感能量,进一步提高了变换器的功率密度。本文中给出了变换器的主要工作波形,并详细推导了所提变换器CCM工作模式和DCM工作模式。最后,通过一台输入18 V、输出180 V、额定功率180 W的原理样机,验证了理论的正确性。
In order to further improve the gain of the non-isolated DC-DC converter and reduce the voltage stress of the switch tube,a non-isolated high-gain DC-DC converter combining dual coupled inductors and quadratic type is proposed.The proposed converter is controlled by a single switch tube,which reduces the control complexity.By using double coupling inductors,the number of diodes and capacitors is effectively reduced,and the voltage gain of the proposed converter is further improved.The power density of the converter is further improved by using the output capacitor to absorb the leakage inductance energy.The main operating waveforms of the converter are given in the article,and the CCM and DCM operating modes of the proposed converter are deduced in detail.Finally,the correctness of the theory is verified through a prototype with an input of 18 V,an output of 180 V,and a rated power of 180 W.
