摘要
随着陆上石油天然气开采力度的逐渐加大,环境问题日益突出。通过分析勘探开发存在的环境问题及当前国家和地方的相关政策及发展趋势,根据政策现状从建立健全法律法规体系、优化环境税制度、加大绿色环保技术创新投入等方面提出建议。
With the intensification of onshore petroleum and natural gas exploration,environmental concerns have become increasingly prominent.This paper delves into the environmental challenges present in exploration and development and examines the current national and local policies and their developmental trends.Based on the current policy landscape,recommendations are proposed,including establishing and perfecting a legal and regulatory framework,optimizing environmental taxation systems,and increasing investments in green environmental protection technology innovations.
