小井眼提速技术在江陵红花套低压水平井中的研究与应用

摘要 江汉油田江陵凹陷红花套油气藏开发,面临着投资高、产量低的问题。为提高单井产量和提升经济效益,针对井网密集防碰风险高、储层压力亏空严重、钻速慢等突出问题,开展小井眼水平井钻井方式探索,通过井眼“瘦身”优化、个性化钻头钻具、定测录一体化等技术研究攻关,形成了一套低压水平井小井眼高效钻井技术体系。应用表明:江陵凹陷SH9-X8H实钻机械钻速最快达32.85m/h,水平段钻井周期缩短50%,为低成本开发提供了新思路和技术支撑。 To enhance individual well production and elevate economic benefits,given challenges like the high risk of collision in the dense well pattern,significant reservoir pressure depletion,and slow drilling speeds,the exploration of slim-hole horizontal drilling techniques was pursued.Through initiatives like borehole“slimming”optimization,unique drill bits and tools,and integrated logging while drilling,an efficient slim-hole drilling technology system for low-pressure horizontal wells was established.The application has introduced new perspectives and technical support for cost-effective development.
