摘要
史南油田长稳斜井段采用常规“单弯双稳”螺杆钻具组合控制方式,普遍存在滑动进尺比例高、钻进效率低、起下钻趟数多等问题。为此,通过分析长稳斜段轨迹控制效率偏低的原因,以及KB型遥控变径稳定器的工作原理和技术特点,基于“平衡趋势法”造斜率预测理论和纵横弯曲连续梁理论,建立“单弯双稳”螺杆钻具造斜率预测方法,分析活塞伸出和收回时复合钻进的造斜规律。研究结果表明:史南油田长稳斜段钻进期间变径稳定器宜安放在距螺杆本体扶正块小于8.20 m的位置。通过在史3-斜A井开展现场应用,一趟钻完成了二开长稳斜段的施工,平均机械钻速13.44 m/h,进尺1153.00 m,复合钻进尺比例高达98.05%,井斜变化幅度仅为2.80°,大幅提高了长稳斜段的轨迹控制效率和井眼质量。研究结果可为史南油田长稳斜井段的钻井提速提效提供有益指导。
The conventional“single-bend and double-stabilizer”positive displacement motor assembly(PDM assembly)control mode was used in the long angle holding section of the Shinan oilfield,generally facing the problems such as high sliding footage ratio,low sliding drilling efficiency and multiple trips.By means of analyzing the reasons for the low efficiency of trajectory control in the long angle holding section,as well as the working principle and technical characteristics of the KB type remote control tapered stabilizer,on the basis of the“equilibrium tendency method”build-up rate theory and the vertical and horizontal bending continuous beam theory,a build-up rate prediction method of“single-bend and double-stabilizer”positive displacement motor(PDM)was established to analyze the deflecting law of combined drilling at the time of extension and retraction of the piston.The results show that the tapered stabilizer should be set at the position with a distance of less than 8.20 m from the stabilizer block of the PDM assembly during the drilling of the long angle holding section of the Shinan Oilfield.The field application in Well Shi3-Xie A demonstrates that the construction of the long angle holding section of second spud in has been completed in one trip,with an average rate of penetration of 13.44 m/h,a footage of 1153.00 m,a proportion of combined drilling footage as high as 98.05%,and only 2.80°well deviation variation range,greatly improving the trajectory control efficiency and wellbore quality of the long angle holding section.The study results provide useful guidance for improving the ROP and efficiency of drilling the long angle holding section of the Shinan Oilfield.
