摘要
详细介绍了遥控变径稳定器的结构、工作原理、技术特点和主要技术参数,以辛100-斜49井和梁20-29井为例介绍了遥控变径稳定器在胜利油田钻井中的应用情况。现场应用表明,遥控变径稳定器实现了井下稳定器外径的遥控可调,从而不需起下钻就可调整钻具组合,能满足不同钻井作业的需要,大大减少钻井作业辅助时间,提高钻井效率,降低钻井成本,并且遥控变径稳定器变径自如可靠,操作简单,使用方便。同时还解决了由于使用常规稳定器造成的卡钻、起下钻中遇阻卡和"拔活塞"的问题。
This paper introduced the structure,principles and technical parameters of remote controlled variable-gauge-stabilizer.The Well Xin100-Xie-49 and Well Liang-20-29 were used to show the field application of remote controlled variable-gauge-stabilizer in Shengli Oilfield.Field applications show that remote controlled variable-gauge-stabilizer can adjust the outer diameter of stabilizer and bottom hole assembly,and satisfy the requirements of different drilling operations.The associated drilling time was reduced and drilling efficiency was improved,drilling cost was reduced.It can be operated easily and reliably.The problems existed in using conventional stabilized were solved too.
