摘要
为探讨不同肥料运筹方式配施微生物菌剂对烤烟早生快发的影响,以云烟87为原料,开展双因素试验,肥料运筹方式设置减氮施肥模式和传统施肥模式2种处理,微生物菌剂设置施用根茎康和不施用根茎康2种处理,研究肥料运筹方式、微生物菌剂及其互作对烤烟根系生长发育、农艺性状、烟叶SPAD值、烤烟生物量及根冠比的影响。结果表明:采用减氮施肥模式配施微生物菌剂,有利于烤烟根系和地上部生长,可提高烟叶SPAD值,有效促进烟株根系机能活性和地上、地下部的生物量积累。肥料运筹方式、微生物菌剂及其互作对烤烟根系生长发育的贡献率分别为38.49%、32.01%、29.50%,对烤烟农艺性状的贡献率分别为41.02%、37.58%、21.40%,对烤烟地上部和根系生物量及根冠比的贡献率分别为41.94%、35.53%、22.54%,且均为肥料运筹方式的贡献率最大,其次为微生物菌剂。减氮施肥模式配施微生物菌剂,可促进烤烟根系生长发育,提升其大田农艺性状,从而促进烤烟生物量积累。
In order to explore the effects of different fertilizer operation methods combined with microbial agents on the early growth and rapid development of flue-cured tobacco,Yunyan 87 was used as material,and two treatments were set up by fertilizer operation methods,nitrogen reduction fertilization mode and traditional fertilization mode.There are two treatments of microbial agent,Rhizome Kang and no Rhizome Kang.The effects of fertilizer application,microbial agents and their interaction on root growth and development,agronomic characters,SPAD value,biomass and root-shoot ratio of flue-cured tobacco were studied.The results showed that the nitrogen reduction fertilization mode combined with microbial agent was beneficial to the root and aboveground growth of flue-cured tobacco,increased the SPAD value of tobacco leaves,and effectively promoted the functional activity of tobacco roots and the accumulation of aboveground and underground biomass.The contribution rates of fertilizer management,microbial agents and their interactions to the root growth and development of flue-cured tobacco were 38.49%,32.01%and 29.50%,respectively,and to the agronomic characteristics of flue-cured tobacco were 41.02%,37.58%and 21.40%,respectively.the contribution rates to aboveground and root biomass and root-shoot ratio of flue-cured tobacco were 41.94%,35.53%and 22.54%,respectively.The fertilizer operation methods have the greatest contribution rate followed by microbial agent.Nitrogen reduction fertilization mode combined with microbial agent can promote the root growth and development of flue-cured tobacco,improve the agronomic characters in the field,and thus increase the biomass accumulation of flue-cured tobacco.
