摘要
在建筑行业不断取得新发展的今天,各种各样的建筑施工技术和材料不断涌现,在提升了建筑工程施工质量和效率的同时,也给施工监理工作带来了一定的挑战。PC构件就是其中比较具有代表性的新型建筑材料之一,其以独特的应用价值和优越性得到了广泛认可。文章以碧桂园·大名府工程为例,在简单介绍PC构件的基础上,结合工程特点,提出了一系列行之有效的施工监理质量控制措施,最终保证了该装配式工程的施工质量。
In the construction industry continues to achieve new development today,a variety of construction technology and materials like bamboo shoots,in improving the construction quality and efficiency at the same time,but also to the construction supervision work has brought certain challenges.PC component is one of the more representative new building materials,with its unique application value and superiority has been widely recognized,this paper takes Country Garden·Daimyofu project as an example,on the basis of a brief introduction of PC component,combined with the characteristics of the project,put forward a series of effective construction supervision quality control measures.Finally,the construction quality of the prefabricated project is guaranteed.
