摘要
PC构件是装配式建筑实体的关键构成部分,为保障建设项目的安全性与经济性,应探索选择优质PC构件供应商的方法。通过分析已有相关文献,结合专家访谈,构建PC构件供应商评价指标体系,组合赋权后借助VIKOR方法构建供应商选择决策模型,最终在实际案例中验证模型的可行性。结果表明该模型可为企业选择PC构件供应商提供科学决策方法,促进装配式建筑行业的发展。
PC component is the key component of prefabricated building entity.In order to ensure the safety and economy of construction projects,the method of selecting high-quality PC component suppliers is explored.Based on the analysis of relevant literature and expert interviews,the evaluation index system of PC component suppliers was constructed.After the combination of weights,the supplier selection decision model was constructed by VIKOR method.Finally,the feasibility of the model was verified in practical cases.The results show that this model can provide scientific decision-making method for PC component suppliers and promote the development of prefabricated construction industry.
