中低阶煤温和氧化制备草酸的研究

摘要 以云南昭通褐煤(ZT)和新疆伊宁次烟煤(YN)为原料,通过电化学氧化法制备草酸,采用红外光谱法(FTIR)对原煤进行表征,液相色谱法(HPLC)对氧化产物进行表征。考察了电解体系对于中低阶煤制备草酸的影响,探究了两种煤在NaCl体系中生成的苯羧酸(BCAs)对生成草酸影响及相应草酸收率占比规律,考察了ZT电解时间、电流密度、NaCl电解质与煤样质量4个因素对草酸收率的影响。结果表明,在0.5~5 h内ZT及YN在NaCl体系中草酸收率均显著高于NaOH体系,NaCl体系更适合制备草酸。ZT草酸占比相对于YN更高,较低煤阶的ZT更适宜制备草酸。较长的电解时间、较大的电流密度、较多的NaCl电解质添加量,较少的煤样质量对ZT生成草酸具有促进作用。 Oxalic acid was prepared by electrochemical oxidation using Yunnan Zhaotong lignite(ZT)and Xinjiang Yining sub-bituminous coal(YN)as raw materials,raw coal was characterized by fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR),oxidation products were characterized by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The effect of electrolysis system on the preparation of oxalic acid from medium and low-rank coal was investigated,the effect of benzenecarboxylic acid(BCAs)generated in the NaCl system of twOkinds of coal on the formation of oxalic acid and the corresponding oxalic acid yield were investigated,and the effects of four factors of ZT electrolysis time,current density,NaCl electrolyte and coal sample quality on oxalic acid yield were investigated.The results showed that the yield of oxalic acid in the NaCl system of ZT and YN was significantly higher than that of the NaOH system within 0.5~5 h,and the NaCl system was more suitable for the preparation of oxalic acid.The proportion of ZT oxalic acid(%)is higher than that of YN,and ZT with lower coal rank is more suitable for the preparation of oxalic acid.Longer electrolysis time,larger current density,more NaCl electrolyte addition,and less coal sample quality have a promoting effect on the formation of oxalic acid by ZT.
