摘要
研究了以棉籽壳 (植物纤维 )为原料用水解 -氧化 -水解制取草酸的工艺方法。即棉籽壳先用硫酸浸泡一定时间使纤维大分子物质水解成低聚糖和单糖 ,再用 6 5 %的硝酸 ,以V2 O5-FeCl3为催化剂进行氧化 -水解反应 ,使单糖生成草酸。研究结果表明 ,该工艺的最佳反应条件为 :硫酸浓度 70 % ,浸泡时间 3h ;硝酸与棉籽壳的质量比为 2 1∶1,氧化 -水解反应时间 5h ,反应温度6 5~ 70℃。在最佳反应条件下 ,草酸二水合物收率为 75 5 %。该生产工艺简单 。
The preparation of oxalic acid from cottonseed hull by hydrolysis-oxidation-hydrolysis was investigated.The fiber of cottonseed hull was hydrolyzed to oligosaccharied and monosackcharide by H_2SO_4,then 65% HNO_3 was used to oxide monosackcharide to oxalic acid and hydrolyze oligosaccharide to monosackcharide.The results show that the optimum conditions are as following:the concentration of H_2SO_4 70%,immersing time 3 h,the ratio of HNO_3 to cottonseed hull 2.1∶1(W/W),reaction time 5 h,reaction temperature 65~70℃.Under the optimum conditions,the yield of oxalic acid dihydrate is 75.5%.
