摘要
对当前消防验收工作中亟待解决的突出问题进行梳理,分析了包括消防验收程序、消防验收中应进一步明确要求的重点环节、消防验收常见重点难点这3个方面中的9个常见问题及其解决方法,这些问题的解决,可以有效地缓解消防验收工作“头痛医头,脚痛医脚”的工作模式,为建立一套系统、科学的消防验收方法提供依据。
This paper sorts out the outstanding problems that need to be solved urgently in the current fire inspection and acceptance work,and analyzes the nine common problems and their solutions in the three aspects including the fire inspection and acceptance proce‐dures,the key links that should be further clearly required in the fire inspection and acceptance,and the common key and difficult points in the fire inspection and acceptance.The solution of these problems can effectively alleviate the working mode of"head pain and foot pain"in the fire inspection and acceptance work,and provide a basis for establishing a systematic and scientific fire inspection and acceptance method.
