摘要
质量基础设施是有机融合计量、标准、认证认可、检验检测、质量管理等要素形成的体系,是推动高质量发展的技术支撑,是构建现代化经济体系的重要举措。为科学衡量质量基础设施“一站式”服务效能,本文通过对质量基础设施“一站式”服务效能影响因素进行分析,构建了质量基础设施“一站式”服务效能评价指标体系,供质量基础设施“一站式”服务平台管理或运营方开展服务效能评价参考。
Quality infrastructure is a system formed by the organic integration of measurement,standards,certification and recognition,inspection and testing,quality management,and other elements.It is a technical support for promoting high-quality development and an important measure to build a modern economic system.To scientifically measure the"one-stop"service efficiency of quality infrastructure,this article analyzes the influencing factors of the"one-stop"service efficiency of quality infrastructure,and constructs an evaluation index system for the"one-stop"service efficiency of quality infrastructure.This provides a reference for the management or operation of the"one-stop"service platform of quality infrastructure to conduct service efficiency evaluation.
