摘要
劳动教育是新时代党对教育的新要求。在OBE(Outcome-Based Education)成果导向教育理念的指导下,以最终目标为起点,通过反向设计来确定专业、课程和教学单元中的劳动教育目标。在正向实施过程中,注重课前设置操作知识预习,课中鼓励学生积极思考与互动,课后布置作答习题,强化劳动教育融入专业课程教学过程。运用OBE在线开放课程平台完成每一个劳动教育目标达成度的实时收集、整理和分析,对学生在劳动中的具体行为和物化的劳动成果进行量化考核,呈现了课程目标、教学单元目标的达成度情况,使原本只能定性评价的内容也能定量评价。但劳动教育融入专业课程教学也存在课程目标平均达成率两极分化、团队协作不高等问题,需要从课程、教学单元、平台功能等层面依据目标达成度情况进行教学反思与持续改进,进一步提高劳动教育融入专业课程教学的效果。
Labor education is a new requirement of the Party for education in the new era.Under the guidance of OBE(Outcome-Based Education)results-oriented education concept,labor education goals in majors,courses,and teaching units are determined through reverse design.In the positive implementation process,emphasis is placed on setting up operational knowledge preview before class,encouraging students to actively think and interact during class,assigning homework exercises after class,and strengthening the integration of labor education into the teaching process of professional courses.Utilize the OBE online open course platform to collect,organize,and analyze the real-time achievement of each labor education goal.Quantitative assessment of students’specific behaviors and materialized labor outcomes in labor presents the degree of achievement of curriculum objectives and teaching unit objectives,enabling quantitative evaluation of content that could only be qualitatively evaluated.However,there are also problems such as the polarization of the average achievement rate of curriculum goals and low teamwork,so it is necessary to conduct teaching reflection and continuous improvement according to the achievement degree of goals from the aspects of curriculum,teaching units and platform functions,so as to further improve the effect of integrating labor education into professional curriculum teaching.
