摘要
油库不仅是石油资源的集散空间和储运空间,也是完成原油深加工、石油资源供应的主要场所,安全问题至关重要。为提高国内原油储备库建设项目的安全管理质量,保证石油领域的稳定发展,文章针对原油储备库建设项目安全风险管控措施进行分析。
Oil depots are not only the gathering and distribution space and storage and transportation space for petroleum resources,but also the main venue for completing deep processing of crude oil and supply of petroleum resources.Safety issues are crucial.In order to improve the safety management quality of domestic crude oil reserve construction projects and ensure the stable development of the petroleum industry,this article analyzes the safety risk control measures for crude oil reserve construction projects.
