摘要
随着社会不断发展,对能源需求量不断增加,能源储备的安全运行尤其重要,其中油库作为一个重要的储油场所,每一道工序都很复杂,本文针对油库安全运行管理中的常见问题进行分析,针对性的提出解决办法。
With the continuous development of society,the demand for energy is increasing,and the safe operation of energy reserves is particularly important.As an important oil storage site,oil depots are complicated in every process.This paper analyzes the common problems in the safe operation management of oil depots and puts forward corresponding solutions.
