摘要
目的探究人文关怀在产科护士管理工作中应用对其职业认同感的影响。方法选择2020年2月—2022年2月鄄城县妇幼保健计划生育服务中心妇产科的40名护理工作人员为研究对象。基于回顾统计背景下遵照工作时间不同,分为两组。2020年2月—2021年2月为常规组予以常规护理管理;2021年3月—2022年2月为观察组予以人文关怀护理管理。比较两组护士工作积极性、护理质量和护士离职意愿与职业认同感评分、护士工作倦怠感评分、护士关怀能力评分、护士投诉和差错发生率。结果观察组护士工作积极性、职业认同感评分、护理质量评分、护士关怀能力评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护士离职意愿评分、护士工作倦怠感评分、护士投诉和差错发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产科护士管理工作中人文关怀应用可加强护士职业认同感,提高管理质量。
Objective To explore the influence of humanistic care in the management of obstetric nurses on their professional identity.Methods From February 2020 to February 2022,40 nursing staff in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Juancheng County Maternal and Child Health Family Planning Service Center were selected as the research objects.Based on the retrospective statistical background,according to the different working hours,they are divided into two groups.From February 2020 to February 2021,routine nursing management was given to the routine group;from March 2021 to February 2022,the observation group was given humanistic care management.The scores of nurses'work enthusiasm,nursing quality,nurses'turnover intention and professional identity,nurses'job burnout,nurses'caring ability,nurses'complaints and errors were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of nurses'work enthusiasm,professional identity,nursing quality and nurses'caring ability in the observation group were higher than those in the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of nurses'turnover intention,nurses'job burnout,the incidence of nurses'complaints and errors in the observation group were lower than those in the routinel group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclu⁃sion The application of humanistic care in the management of obstetric nurses can strengthen the professional identity of nurses and improve the quality of management.
