摘要
目的探讨流程再造在新药Ⅰ期抗肿瘤临床试验病房药液配置中的应用效果。方法基于流程再造,选取同济大学附属东方医院新药Ⅰ期抗肿瘤临床试验病房在研项目3项,比较2021年6―7月及8―9月的流程再造前后患者等待时间、药液冲配时间、错配药液次数、用药偏离例数、患者及医务工作者的满意度。结果临床试验药液配置流程再造后,患者平均等待时间、平均药液配置时间均显著短于改造前(均P<0.05),患者和医务工作者的满意度评分均显著高于改造前(均P<0.05),错配药液的次数由改造前的5例减少到2例(P>0.05),用药偏离次数较改造前减少(P<0.05)。结论流程再造使临床试验药液配置过程更加科学合理、标准化和高效性,为新药Ⅰ期抗肿瘤临床试验病房的药液配置规范流程提供可参考的依据。
Objective To explore the application effect of business process reengineering in the preparation of drug configuration in the phaseⅠanti-tumor drug clinical trial ward.Method To compare the patients'waiting time,drug reconstitution and dilution time,number of cases of incorrect drug preparation and medication deviation,as well as degree of satisfaction of patients and medical staff from three ongoing clinical trails of phaseⅠclinical trial ward of anti-tumor drugs in Eastern Hospital Affiliated to Tongji University before and after the application of business process reengineering from June-July,2021 and August-September,2021.Result After the reengineering of the drug preparation process,the patients'waiting time and drug reconstitution and dilution time were shorten(all P<0.05),the degree of satisfaction of patients and medical staff were significantly improved(all P<0.05).Besides,the numbers of incorrect drug preparation was reduced from 5 cases to 2 cases(P>0.05),and medication deviation was reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion Business process reengineering makes the drug configuration more scientific,standard and efficient,which provides a reference for the management of phaseⅠclinical trial ward of anti-tumor drugs.
