高瓦斯综放工作面瓦斯抽采钻孔设计及抽采效果分析 被引量:4

摘要 为研究高瓦斯矿井综放工作面瓦斯抽采情况,以山西某矿090507工作面为研究对象,采用工作面顺层钻孔、高位钻孔和采空区埋管等方法,对工作面瓦斯进行综合治理,且对钻孔进行设计,对抽采效果进行分析。结果表明,顺层钻孔抽采本煤层瓦斯能够在较高的浓度下持续较长时间;高位钻孔抽采瓦斯时钻孔倾斜距布置在25~66 m抽采效果好;上隅角最佳埋管长度为15~20 m;当提高工作面瓦斯抽采混合量时,瓦斯抽采量增加,回风流瓦斯浓度下降,具有很好的瓦斯治理效果。研究结论能有效地预防工作面及采空区瓦斯超限问题。 In order to investigate the gas extraction in fully-mechanized caving face of high gas mine,the 090507 working face of a mine in Shanxi was taken as the research object,and the methods of drilling hole,high borehole,and gob buried pipe were adopted to comprehensively control gas in working face,and the drilling hole was designed and the extraction effect was analyzed.The results show that the gas extraction in the coal seam can last for a long time at a higher concentration by using along-seam drilling hole.When high borehole is applied in gas extraction,the borehole inclination spacing is 25~66 m with good extraction effect.The optimal buried pipe length in the upper corner is 15~20 m.When increasing the mixing amount of gas extraction in the working face,the gas extraction amount increases and the concentration of gas in the return airflow decreases,which has a good gas control effect.The research conclusion can effectively prevent the over limit problem of gas in working face and goaf.
