摘要
为了有效解决低透气性高瓦斯煤层群治理难题,加大低透气性煤层群无煤柱煤与瓦斯共采技术的推广应用力度,促进煤矿安全形势持续好转,详细介绍了该关键技术的产生背景、最新创新成果及工程实践案例。从典型地质条件下的留巷充填方式、瓦斯卸压抽采等方面分析了技术应用现状及发展趋势。结果表明:应从设计源头优化充填系统、瓦斯抽采系统,实现充填自动化、瓦斯抽采最大化和成本最小化,推动技术应用标准化及产业化。通过不断完善和发展无煤柱煤与瓦斯共采理论与技术,为低透气性高瓦斯煤层群安全高效开采提供科学可靠的技术途径。
In order to effectively solve the control problems of the low permeability high gas seam group,to highly promote the application of the pillarless coal and gas simultaneous mining technology in low permeability seam group and to promote the continuous improvement of the mine safety situation,the paper in detail introduced the background of the key technology,the update innovation achievements and the project practice cases.From the gateway retained backfill method,gas pressure releasing and drainage and other aspects under the typical geological conditions,the paper analyzed the application status and development tendency of the technology.The results showed that the optimized backfill system and the gas drainage system from the design could release the automation of the backfill,the gas drainage maximization and the cost minimization and could promote the standardization and industrialization of the technology application.The continued improved and developed pillarless coal and gas simultaneous mining theory and technology could provide the scientific reliable technical access to the safety and high efficient mining in the low permeability and high gassy seam group.
