金沙江下游梯级水库正常运行后川渝河段防洪形势分析 被引量:1

摘要 金沙江下游梯级水库承担川渝河段防洪任务,乌东德、白鹤滩水库的建成运行增强了流域防洪能力,明晰金沙江下游梯级水库正常运行后川渝河段防洪形势对进一步保障流域防洪安全至关重要。选取金沙江下游梯级水库以及川渝河段宜宾、泸州和重庆开展调研,梳理了金沙江下游梯级水库调度运行情况和川渝河段现状防洪能力,分析了调研对象在防洪调度管理方面存在的主要问题,从措施制定、基础研究、体系建设等方面提出了工作建议,为提高金沙江下游梯级水库正常运行后川渝河段防洪能力提供技术支撑。 The cascade reservoirs in the lower reaches of Jinsha River undertake the task of ensuring flood control safety of the Sichuan-Chongqing reach directly.The completion and operation of Wudongde and Baihetan reservoirs have enhanced the flood control capacity of the river basin.To further ensure the flood control safety of the basin,it is crucial to clarify the flood control situation in Sichuan-Chongqing reach after the normal operation of cascade reservoirs in the lower reaches of Jinsha River.We conducted research on the cascade reservoirs in the lower reaches of Jinsha River and Yibin,Luzhou and Chongqing in Sishuan-Chongqing reach.Additionally,we analyzed the operation of the cascade reservoirs in the lower reaches of Jinsha River and current flood control capacity of the Sichuan-Chongqing reach.Based on the main problems in the management of flood control and dispatching,we offered suggestions in terms of measure formulation,basic research,and system construction.The study provides technology-based support for improving the flood control capacity of Sichuan-Chongqing reach after the normal operation of cascade reservoirs in the lower reaches of Jinsha River.
