摘要
党的十八大以来,在党中央、国务院的坚强领导下,全国医疗卫生工作者坚决贯彻落实中央的决策部署,深化医药卫生体制改革加快实施,由此医疗卫生事业获得长足发展,人民群众健康水平显著提高。在上海市儿童医院党组织的领导和支持下,医院眼科也得到了充分发展,尤其在儿童斜视(如开展了各种复杂型斜视手术)、罕见病眼病的治疗、屈光不正(高度近视实施后巩膜加固术)和弱视、眼球及附属器各类儿童眼病、帮扶支援(如对藏区医师进行一对一带教,赴甘孜藏族自治州义诊)和开展新技术(如改良性Nishida术、新型RS泪道置管、联合筋膜鞘悬吊术、后巩膜加固手术、斜视矫正联合后巩膜加固术)方面成绩显著。今后我们会继续践行“为儿童服务是幸福”的使命,为儿童的健康保驾护航。
Since the eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),under the strong leadership of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council,medical and health workers across the country have resolutely implemented the decisions and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee,and accelerated the reform of the medical and health care system.As a result,the medical and health undertakings has achieved considerable progress,and the people′s health level has been significantly improved.In this excellent environment,under the leadership and support of the party organization of our hospital,the ophthalmology department of Shanghai Children′s Hospital has also been fully developed.Especially in children with strabismus(such as carrying out various complex strabismus operations),treatment of eye diseases with rare diseases,ametropia(posterior scleral reinforcement)and amblyopia,a eye diseases and appendages of children,assistance and support(such as one-to-one education for Tibetan doctors,free clinic in Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture),and new technologies(such as Nishida surgery,new RS lacrimal duct catheterization,conjoint fascial sheath suspension and posterior scleral reinforcement).We have made important contributions to children′s ophthalmology,and we will continue to uphold that serving children is our happiness to safeguard the children′s health.
