摘要
中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网(NETs)能够通过多种途径促进肿瘤的进展与转移,肿瘤患者中NETs的高表达亦会诱导高凝状态的形成。而肿瘤的进展与转移、高凝状态引起的血栓事件会明显缩短患者生存期,降低生活质量。西医与中药均可以通过各自的机制抑制NETs生成,从而起到抗肿瘤的作用。因此,深入研究NETs在肿瘤发生发展以及高凝状态中的作用机制,可以帮助临床医师寻找抑制NETs的最佳靶点、抗肿瘤的最佳方案,为抗肿瘤提供新的手段与治疗思路,提高肿瘤患者生存期,改善患者生活质量。
Neutrophil extracellular traps(NETs)can promote tumor progression and metastasis through a variety of pathways,and high expression of NETs in tumor patients also induces hypercoagulability.And tumor progression,metastasis and thrombotic events caused by hypercoagulability can significantly shorten the survival period and reduce the quality of life of the patients.Both western medicine and Chinese medicine can inhibit the formation of NETs through their own mechanisms to achieve anti-tumor effects.Therefore,further research on the mechanism of NETs in tumor occurrence and development and hypercoagulable state can help the clinicians to find the optimal target for inhibition of NETs and the best anti-tumor plan,provide new anti-tumor means and treatment ideas,and improve the survival period and quality of life of the tumor patients.
