摘要
面对日益综合化复杂化的系统问题,学科建设良性发展对学科组织模式和结构优化的需求更加迫切。本研究从西方有组织科学研究活动的历史演进探寻学科发展基础,并基于组织协同分析框架,探析“有组织”方式推进研究型大学学科建设的理论逻辑及适切性。现实考察发现,多学科交叉融合不足、产学研用协同力量尚不强、创新创造的转化力及建制化发展优势不突出等现象仍存在,大学学科建设仍有碎片化和交叉重复的隐忧。对此,研究探寻增进基层学术组织活力及战略管理能力的能动策略,聚力有组织科研平台建设和包容性学科文化培育,基于需求导向、强化目标牵引,有组织创新和负责任治理协同联动,推进更具组织化、制度化、可持续的大学学科建设。
In the face of increasingly comprehensive and complex practical problems,the benign development of discipline construction has become more urgent for the optimization of discipline organization mode and structure.This paper explores the basis of discipline development from the historical evolution of Western organized scientific research activities,and based on the framework of organizational synergy analysis,explores the theoretical logic and relevance of"organized"ways to promote the discipline construction of research universities.Through the realistic investigation,it is found that are still some problems,such as the lack of interdisciplinary integration,the weak synergy of production-learning-research-application,the lack of transformation force of innovation and creation,and the lack of institutional development advantages.There are still hidden worries of fragmentation and cross-repetition in the construction of university disciplines.In this regard,this paper studies and explores the dynamic strategies to enhance the vitality and strategic management ability of grassroots academic organizations,and focuses on the construction of organized scientific research platform and the cultivation of inclusive discipline culture.Based on the demand orientation and strengthening the goal traction,the organizational innovation and responsible governance are coordinated and linked to promote more organized,institutionalized and sustainable university discipline construction.
