摘要
某中大型SUV车型在SOP阶段发现少部分车辆在直线行驶时发生向右的行驶跑偏。通过分析、测试,最终验证了转向系统内摩擦偏小是造成车辆跑偏的主要原因,由此制定了增加电动转向助力系统在转向中心区域的回正力矩的解决方案。通过展示车辆行驶跑偏解决问题的思路与方法,对后续车型的开发具有借鉴意义。
During the SOP stage,it was found that a small number of vehicles of a mediumlarge SUV model deviate to the right during straight-line driving.Through analysis and testing,it was eventually confirmed that the main cause of the running deviation is the low friction in the steering system.As a solution,it is decided to increase the corrective torque of the electric power steering sys⁃tem in the central steering zone.By demonstrating the approach and methods to solve the issue of run⁃ning deviation,valuable reference is provided for the development of subsequent vehicle models.
