摘要
介绍轿车轮胎操纵稳定性的主客观评价方法,并对轿车轮胎操纵稳定性设计因素相关性进行研究。轮胎操纵稳定性评价可分为基础转向性能和中度操控性能两部分;影响轮胎残余回正力矩的主要因素是胎面花纹倾斜走向和带束层角度,分别占80%和20%;轮胎操纵稳定性问题分为胎冠刚性与胎侧刚性不匹配的几种情况,可通过调整胎冠部位半部件刚性及胎侧各部件端点位置提高胎面与胎侧刚性的匹配程度,实现胎冠至胎侧的刚度分布均匀性,满足地面抓着力的需求,同时使转向响应更加流畅。
The subjective and objective evaluation methods of passenger car handling stability were introduced,and the correlation of the design factors of the passenger car tire for better handling stability was studied.Tire handling stability evaluation could be divided into two parts:basic steering performance and moderate handling performance.The main factors affecting the residual aligning torque of the tire were the inclination direction of the tread pattern and the angle of the belt,accounting for 80%and 20%,respectively.The problem of tire handling stability could be divided into several cases where the rigidity of the crown and sidewall did not match.The matching degree of tread and sidewall rigidity could be improved by adjusting the rigidity of the half part of the crown and the end point situation of each part of the sidewall,so as to achieve uniform stiffness distribution from the crown to the sidewall,meet the requirements of the ground grip,and make the steering response more smooth.
