摘要
“7·20”强降雨影响下常庄水库大流量泄洪对下游防洪风险影响显著,尤其是下游贾峪河倒虹吸段的安全泄洪直接关系南水北调中线干渠的运行安全。通过常庄水库调度记录推算“7·20”强降雨引发的入库洪水过程和泄洪过程,综合泄洪期间的多源影像资料获取泄洪淹没信息;然后通过无人机航拍并基于运动恢复结构技术获取水库下游分析区域地形数据,借助二维水动力学模型反演分析“7·20”强降雨期间的常庄水库泄洪下游淹没情况;通过模拟分析水库下游至贾峪河倒虹吸处的淹没水深、淹没时长和流速等特征数据,研究分析“7·20”期间贾峪河倒虹吸的泄洪安全性,对常庄水库泄洪引起的洪水风险进行了综合评估。
Under the influence of heavy rainfall on July 20,the large flood discharge of Changzhuang Reservoir has a significant impact on downstream flood control risk,especially the safe flood discharge in the inverted siphon section of Jiayu River in the downstream is directly related to the safety operation of the main cannel of the Middle Route of the South to North Water Transfer Project.In this paper,firstly,the process of flood inflow and flood discharge caused by heavy rainfall on July 20 was calculated through reservoir operation records,and the flood discharge and inundation information was obtained by integrating multi⁃source image data during flood discharge.Then,the terrain data of the downstream analysis area of the reservoir was obtained based on UAV aerial photography and motion recovery structure technology,and the inundation of the downstream of the reservoir during the heavy rainfall on July 20 was inversely analyzed with the aid of two⁃dimensional hydrodynamic model.By simulating and analyzing the characteristic data of the submerged depth,duration and submerged velocity at the inverted siphon of Jiayu River,the safety of the inverted siphon of Jiayu River during the heavy rainfall on July 20 was studied and analyzed,and the flood risk caused by the flood discharge of Changzhuang Reservoir was comprehensively assessed.
