摘要
对7种芬太尼类物质进行差分拉曼光谱分析,建立一种快速、无损、准确检验芬太尼类物质的新方法。利用差分拉曼光谱仪在激光光源785~786 nm,激光功率200 mW,积分时间1 s的实验条件下对7种芬太尼类物质进行分析并测得其差分拉曼光谱图。提取7种芬太尼类物质的特征峰,并将特征峰与7种样品的物质结构进行归属,7种样品可以根据特征峰的不同进行区分。该方法无损检材,高效便捷,可以为公安机关识别检验芬太尼类物质提供技术支持。
A new method for rapid,nondestructive and accurate detection of fentanyl substances was established by differential Raman spectroscopy analysis of 7 fentanyl substances.Under the experimental conditions of 785-786 nm laser source,200 mW laser power and 1 s integration time,7 kinds of fentanyl substances were analyzed by differential Raman spectrometer and their differential Raman spectra were measured.The characteristic peaks of 7 fentanyls were extracted and assigned to the samples’s molecular structure,which can used to distinguish samples.The method is efficient and convenient,which can provide technical support for public security organs to identify and detect fentanyl substances.
