摘要
食品出厂检验数据质量的可靠性与出厂项目的严格把控和准确检验相关,而出厂项目的检验需要用到多种实验室计量器具。本文主要对是否检定或校准过的实验室计量器具进行分组实验,结果表明,实验室计量器具未经检定或校准以及未正确使用校准数据会给食品出厂检验结果带来一定的偏差,不能正确地反映出食品的质量问题,会给企业带来极大的质量风险,因此,确保实验室计量器具准确可靠并正确使用和维护显得极为重要。
The reliability of data quality of food factory inspection is closely related to the strict control and accurate inspection of factory items,and the inspection of factory items needs to use a variety of laboratory measuring instruments.This article mainly conducts group experiments on laboratory measuring instruments that have been verified or calibrated.The results show that laboratory measuring instruments that have not been verified or calibrated,as well as incorrect use of calibration data,can cause certain deviations in the results of food factory inspections,and cannot accurately reflect the quality issues of food products,which can bring great quality risks to enterprises.Therefore,It is extremely important to ensure the accuracy,reliability,and correct use and maintenance of laboratory measuring instruments.
