虚拟电厂参与灵活性辅助服务市场报价策略

摘要 随着风电、光伏等可再生能源的发展,传统机组出力的占比逐渐减小。为增加灵活性资源、弥补系统灵活性短缺,首先对具有灵活性资源的虚拟电厂和其他市场成员参与灵活性辅助服务报价策略进行了分析;然后,在虚拟电厂考虑自身经济最优条件下,对如何报价参与灵活性市场投标进行了分析;在市场成员不改变自身报价情况下,给出了独立系统运营商对市场成员最优出清价格和调度策略。通过算例分析了风电在不同容量虚拟电厂参与灵活性辅助服务下的投标过程,结果显示虚拟电厂容量越大则其参与市场竞标的能力就越强。 With the development of renewable energy such as wind power and photovoltaic,the proportion of output of traditional unit is gradually decreasing.In order to increase the flexibility resources to make up for the shortage of system flexibility,this paper firstly analyzes the bidding strategy of flexible auxiliary services for virtual power plants and other market members with flexibility resources.Then,under the condition that the virtual power plant considers its own economic optimum,the paper analyzes how to bid in flexible market,and under the condition that the market members do not change their bid,the optimal clearing price and scheduling strategy of independent system operators for market members are given.This paper analyzes the bidding process of wind power under virtual power plants with different capacities participating in flexible auxiliary services.The results show that the larger the capacity of virtual power plants,the stronger their ability to participate in market bidding.
