摘要
太浦河是贯穿长三角生态绿色一体化示范区的一级清水绿廊和唯一一条流域骨干河道,其生态廊道建设关乎示范区的生态本底健康和以生态绿色引领示范区高质量发展实践的成效。该文分析确定太浦河清水绿廊功能需求、生态建设目标和主要任务,分析河道、湖荡、溇港圩田、林地及村镇人居五大类生态系统分布和功能特征,诊断太浦河生态廊道建设面临的生态环境问题主要为水环境质量有待提升、河湖湿地生境质量和多样性不佳、林地生态空间不足及滨水空间生态文化服务功能未有效发挥,确定汾湖生态核心建设、邻近湖荡湿地生态保护与修复、生态河湾建设、生态林地建设、生态绿地建设、沿岸水生态建设、防护林带贯通与风景道和绿道建设8项太浦河清水绿廊生态建设工程措施。
Taipu River is the first-class Clear Water Green Corridor and the only watershed backbone river that runs through the ecological green integration demonstration area of the Yangtze River Delta.The construction of its ecological corridor is related to the ecological background health of the demonstration area and the effectiveness of ecological green leading the high-quality development practice of the demonstration area.This paper analyzes and determines the functional requirements,ecological construction objectives and main tasks of the Clear Water Green Corridor of Taipu River,and analyzes the distribution and functional characteristics of five kinds of ecosystems,such as river course,lake,Gangang polder,woodland and human settlements in villages and towns.It is diagnosed that the eco-environmental problems faced by the ecological corridor construction of Taipu River are mainly the improvement of water environment quality,the poor habitat quality and diversity of river and lake wetlands,the shortage of woodland ecological space and the ineffective exertion of waterfront space eco-cultural service function.The ecological core construction of Fenhu Lake,ecological protection and restoration of adjacent Hudang wetland,ecological river bay construction,ecological woodland construction,ecological green space construction,coastal water ecologital construction,shelterbelt penetration,scenic road and greenway construction eight ecological construction measures of Clear Water Green Corridor of Taipu River are determined.
