摘要
作为进化上相对保守的、核编码的含“卷曲-卷曲-螺旋-卷曲-卷曲-螺旋”结构域(CHCHD)蛋白家族成员之一,CHCHD2在线粒体和细胞核中执行不同的生物学功能。CHCHD2在多种肿瘤组织中高表达,且其表达水平与临床病理参数、患者生存预后显著相关,而抑制CHCHD2的表达可导致肿瘤细胞对化疗药物敏感。CHCHD2通过自身突变以及调控肿瘤细胞的增殖、迁移、侵袭、凋亡和血管生成等在肿瘤的发生发展中发挥重要作用。因此,CHCHD2有望成为肿瘤诊断和治疗、预后分析与评估的新靶标。未来,深入研究CHCHD2在恶性肿瘤中的作用,可以为肿瘤患者的治疗提供新思路。
As one of the members of the protein family containing the coiled-coil-helix-coiled-coil-helix domain(CHCHD),which is relatively conserved in evolution and nucleus-encoded,CHCHD2 performs different biological functions in mitochondria and nucleus.CHCHD2 is over-expressed in a variety of tumor tissues,and its expression level is significantly correlated with the clinicopathological parameters and the patients′survival prognosis,while inhibition of CHCHD2 expression can sensitize tumor cells to chemotherapeutic drugs.CHCHD2 plays an important part in tumorigenesis and development through its mutation and regulation of tumor cell proliferation,migration,invasion,apoptosis and angiogenesis,etc.Therefore,CHCHD2 is expected to become a new target for tumor diagnosis and treatment,prognosis analysis and assessment.In the future,further studying the role of CHCHD2 in malignancy can provide new ideas for the treatment of tumor patient.
