摘要
对我国矿业权出让收益政策实施背景进行梳理,从矿产勘查投融资视角,分析矿业权出让收益政策在实施中存在的不足,结合矿业产业相关实际,提出完善矿业权出让收益政策的相关建议。
The paper sorts out the implementation background of the income policy of mining right transfer in our country,analyzes the shortcomings of the implementation of the income policy of mining right transfer from the perspective of mineral exploration and investment financing,and puts forward some relevant suggestions on improving the income policy of mining right transfer based on the relevant situation of mining industry.
