摘要 心力衰竭(HF)是由多种病因所致的心脏疾病的终末阶段。涉及众多病理生理机制,包括心肌牵拉、炎症、心肌重构、氧化应激、心脏肥大等,每个病理生理过程都涉及相关生物标志物。本文归纳总结了HF病理生理过程及其相关热门生物标志物,包括脑钠肽、可溶性生长刺激表达基因2蛋白、趋化因子配体2、8-氧化鸟苷、成纤维细胞生长因子(FGF)21和FGF23,有助于HF的早期诊断及预后评估。 Heart failure(HF)is the end stage of cardiac disease caused by multiple etiologies.Numerous pathophysiologic mechanisms are involved,including myocardial strain,inflammation,myocardial remodeling,oxidative stress and cardiac hypertrophy,and each pathophysiologic process involves relevant biomarkers.This paper summarizes the pathophysiological processes of HF and its related popular biomarkers,such as brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),soluble growth-stimulated expression gene 2 protein,chemokine 2,8-oxoguanosine,and fibroblast growth factor 21/23(FGF 21/23),which are helpful for the early diagnosis and prognostic assessment of HF.
