摘要
目的 分析实验室参加能力验证活动的试验结果,总结发现实验室存在的问题,对能力验证工作的实施进行有效控制,确保检测质量。方法 对能力验证活动的参与情况和评价结果进行分析及实验资料的回顾。结果 2017年—2022年,实验室参加湖北省市场监督管理局组织的食品和食品包装材料类样品的能力验证活动共6次,涉及参数12个,2017年的奶粉中蛋白质含量测定结果离群不满意,2018年—2022年的验证结果均为满意。结论 能力验证及实验室间比对是判断和监测实验室检测能力水平的一种有效手段,实验室应明确参加外部质控的总体要求、实施方案、质控要求、结果审核要求等,形成规范管理。重点加强实验前准备、内部质量控制及验证样品检验等关键环节的管理。
Objective This paper aims to analyze the results of laboratory proficiency testing,summarize and find problems in the laboratory,and to effectively control the implementation of proficiency testing and ensure test quality.Methods The participation and evaluation results of the proficiency testing were analyzed and the experimental data were reviewed.Results From 2017 to 2022,the laboratory participating in the proficiency testing activities of food and food packaging materials samples organized by Hubei Provincial Market Supervision Administration accounted for a total of 6 times,and 12 testing items were included.The measurement results of protein content in milk powder in 2017 were not satisfactory,and the validation results from 2018 to 2022 were satisfactory.Conclusion Proficiency testing and comparison between laboratories are effective means to judge and monitor the level of laboratory testing competence.The overall requirements,implementation plans,quality control requirements,and results audit requirements for participating in external quality control should be clearly defined to form standardized management.The management of key links such as preparation before experiment,internal quality control and validation sample inspection should be strengthened specially.
