摘要
目的 搜索组织和血液大量数据,通过Meta分析,系统全面评价不同病理和生理特征非小细胞肺癌患者组织和血液中miR-21表达量,来更加深入了解NSCLC发病的影响因素。方法 检索2010年5月—2022年10月万方数据库、Pub Med、中国知网、维普期刊资源整合服务平台等数据库,搜索非小细胞肺癌患者组织和血液中miR-21表达量,筛选提取资料和评价质量后采用Stata 14.0软件进行Meta分析。结果 共纳入符合标准的文献17篇,组织标本中病理Ⅰ~Ⅱ期/病理Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、鳞癌/腺癌、癌组织/癌旁组织比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),血液标本中年龄>60岁年龄≤60岁、病理Ⅰ~Ⅱ期/病理Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、淋巴结转移/淋巴结未移、癌组织/正常对照比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 有关miR-21在非小细胞肺癌中表达量,不管是组织还是血液中,miR-21大于正常对照,TNM分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期miR21相对表达量均高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期患者。
Objective A large number of tissue and blood data were searched,and meta-analysis was used to systematically and comprehensively evaluate the miR-21 expression in tissues and blood of patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)with different pathological and physiological characteristics,so as to thoroughly understand the influencing factors of NSCLC pathogenesis.Methods The expression of miR-21 in tissues and blood of patients with non-small cell lung cancer was searched in Wanfang database,Pub Med,CNKI,and VIP Journal Resource Integration Service Platform from May 2010 to October 2022.Meta analysis was performed using Stata 14.0 software after data selection and quality evaluation.Results Seventeen articles that met the standards were included.There was statistical significance on the differences between pathological stageⅠ-Ⅱ/pathological stageⅢ-Ⅳ,squamous cell carcinoma/adenocarcinoma,cancerous tissue/para cancerous tissue(P<0.05).There was statistical significance on the differences between age>60/age≤60 in blood samples,pathological stageⅠ-Ⅱ/pathological stageⅢ-Ⅳ,lymph node metastasis/non metastasis,and cancer tissue/normal control(P<0.05).Conclusion With regard to the expression of miR-21 in non-small cell lung cancer,miR-21 is higher than that in normal controls whether in tissues or blood.The relative expression of miR-21 inⅢ-Ⅳstages of TNM is higher than that inⅠ-Ⅱstages.
